We would like to inform you that a Chinese company has appeared on the market, which has registered a logo very similar to ours. This company has started offering products and copies of exhausts with our RP brand, which we have duly registered as a trademark valid throughout the European Union.
When purchasing an exhaust, we recommend that you assess the appearance of the logo (in the attached pictures you can see the differences in the inscription "exhaust" and "tuning"), and the authenticity of the product, which you can find out about from our verified dealers or in our company. Please note that copies are in no way covered by warranty, service and supply of spare parts.
We are resolving this matter with the European Union Intellectual Property Office and lawyers.
